For the first time, we got a look at the teen accused in the Lookout Valley triple murders.
15-year-old Jacob Allison came into the courtroom visibly somber and facing three counts of criminal homicide and one count of attempted criminal homicide. Judge Robert Philyaw says there was one critical question, "whether the case should remain here and be prosecuted in the juvenile court as a juvenile or be transferred to adult court."
A final decision on Allison's transfer will be made next month, but the judge did express his concern about Allison asking, "before he goes back let me just inquire, young man, how are you doing?"
Allison responded and said he was "good." But his attorney, Martin Levitt, disagreed and quickly motioned for bail to be set. "I don't think that there's an allegation that he is a shooter. I think the allegation is that Skylar Allen and Derek Morse did all of the shooting and he might have been in the car," says Levitt.
