Jan is a sabre-wielding fencer of the Polish sabre school.
Advantages
Jan has crazy good attack speed
Can chain every individual attack he does
Has a belly lunge attack with very useful range and that is hard to block, and its feinteable
Has good range
Very good sidesteping potential
Disadvantages
Some attacks lack damage that require many hits to land a fatal blow
Very high recovery time in long guard attacks
Lacks the ability to sidestep upwards well as sidestep downwards
Extra Notes
Sidesteps cancel with some attacks
The 4% speed nerf was instead a 4% speed buff (improving his already blisteringly fast speed)
Back 1 can cancel almost any attack in his kit

Jan uses the skin and move set previously used by Jacek.
