This is the second video of a series on Jacobovitz chopper use in difficult cases. Operating a soft cataract may, sometimes, be not so easy. Rotating and fracturing a soft nucleus could be tricky, even in experienced hands. In the present video, we show two techniques designed for those soft cataracts, which rises chances for a "walk in the park" surgery.
