**About This Sound Bath**
Welcome to our fifth Zodiac sound bath, ♌️Leo♌️. Leo, the sign of confidence, is one of 3 fire signs; said to be the fifth Zodiac in a series of 12.

Leo is known for its courage and determination; a sign of creativity and confidence. We used several different instruments for the translation of this sign into sound. Beginning with the gong, this instrument was chosen to represent the strength and power of the lions roar. To hold a grounding force for courage to pour through.

For our singing bowls, we used the Root bowl (note C, 258hz) to represent a stable, present energy needed to be grounded in the moment. The Solar Plexus bowl (note E, 325hz) to represent the ruling Chakra of Leo. The Heart bowl (note F, 343hz) which represents the ruling body parts of Leo which are the said to be the chest, spine, heart and upper back. And lastly, the 3rd Eye bowl (note A, 432hz) to represent the left eye Leo is also said to rule over, drawing in the wisdom needed to know what we are capable of in life and to pursue our dreams with confidence to overcome anything.

Lastly, we've included the sounds of the great Lion. With roars of unity, of conflict and of connection, these true lion roars will penetrate deep within your psyche for a deep feeling of courage and strength.

By combining all of these vibrations, we've created a sound bath to open our hearts to the confidence and stability of knowing our power.

This sound bath is perfect for Leo, Sun, Moon, and Rising signs as well as anyone who wants to experience some courage and creativity in their lives. Enjoy.
