Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe:
For Shrimp Marination:
Shrimp - 500 grams
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
For the Stir Fry:
Oil - 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp +2 tbsp
Eggs - 2 nos
Carrot - 1 no
Beans - 7 nos
Capsicum - 1 no
Garlic - 1 ½ tbsp
Ginger - ½ tbsp
Dry Red Chilli - 3 nos
Oyster Sauce - 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce - ¾ tbsp
Cooked Basmati Rice - 3 Cups
White Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Spring Onion Greens - For Garnish
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl add the shrimp and all the other ingredients for the marination and give it a good mix.
2. Marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes.
3. In a pan add oil and scramble 2 eggs, and set them aside, in the same pan pour a little more oil and saute the prawns on high heat, once cooked through set aside
4. In the same pan pour, add carrots and beans and saute for 10 seconds on high heat. Add ginger, garlic and cook for 10 more seconds.
5. Add all the sauces and dry red chillis, and saute for 10 seconds.
6. Add the diced capsicum and immediately add the cooked basmati rice, scrambled eggs and the cooked shrimp, salt, sugar and white pepper powder.
7. Give it a good mix and garnish it with spring onions and serve hot.
