One of the trickier aspects of moving forward and moving on from the hurdles created by the NPD/cNPD /Disordered persons, is traversing the social results from the dramatic separation from reality created by the smear campaign.

I sincerely believe that working to shift your perspective away from the external situation to the internal belief and certainty in yourself as it relates to understanding that you are believed, believable and legitimate as a sovereign person with rights, boundaries and value is a major key. Reclaiming your energy is one thing - believing in yourself is something different. Solid boundaries require both.

I designed this mindset work to focus in on various iterations of an affirmation of your right to justice in your favor, cancelling the impact of the charade personality/person impacting your life, increasing the relevant persons' respect for your privacy, vindication as it relates to the public and belief in yourself on a physical/mental/spiritual and emotional level.
