Set breakdown:
-30 push ups
-30 sit ups ( modification- crunches)
-30 squats
-30 burpees
-30 superman rows
-30 good mornings
-30 lunges
-30 mountain climbers
-30 plank jacks
-30 Russian twists
The Challenge workout series will be different workouts done for time (as fast as you can complete the reps with proper technique). This workout is equipment free and you can rest as needed. Record your times and do the workout again months later so you can track your progress. The key factor is not how fast you can do the reps. Proper technique is the #1 priority. If you’re too tired to do each rep properly, rest.
