Today Tim reviews Eternally Silenced Pinot Noir. Sourced from a blend of 3 different regions in California. This a nice blend of Shiraz/Syrah and Pinot Noir grapes. On the nose are strong elements of cherry and baking spices to the nose. These flavors continue onto the palate with bright acidity on the finish. Cheers!
