Hi all! Today I am at Serangoon Garden Market. Serangoon Garden is well known for being a foodie’s heaven.
A lot of people like the dry version of the noodles. I purposely ordered the soup version of the noodles because they put in star gooseberry leaves. Star Gooseberry leaves is said to reduce blood pressure.
Delicious Vegetarian food is popular for their fried bee hoon. They provide special dishes on certain days. The yam rice comes with generous toppings of fried bean curd skin, mushroom and bean sprouts.
There is always a constant queue at Garden Street Kway Chap. Their kway is very silky smooth. Usually I don’t eat kway chap, but this is one of the stalls I will visit if I want to eat that.
Whenever I come to serangoon garden, I will want to order their rich bowl of fish maw soup. Their soup is very intense and flavorful. The stall owner always like to toss his noodles in a way that you can see that he takes great pride in preparing the noodles.
This stall always has the longest queue in Serangoon Garden Market. For $3.50, you can actually get a generous portion of duck meat. The sauce is very nice especially when eaten together with the rice.
Let’s take a short tour at serangoon garden.
