Having just gotten off the highway, the car was fully warmed up in this video. Several folks asked for different clips of driving streets and highway, so here is a night drive on surface streets with the windows up.

I don’t notice any drone under 2k rpms which is where the IS 500 likes to cruise. I will say that 2,250 - 2,750rpm seems to be the loudest part of the rev range with this setup and is very boomy. I’m only within this rpm range when accelerating, so it’s avoidable if you want to.

I have larger wheels and Michelin Pilot All Season Sport 4 tires, and I feel confident that if there is any drone, it’s not noticeable in my car because of slight tire noise. I’m pretty sensitive to drone and am not bothered by this exhaust system outside of the booming between 2,250-2,750rpm.
