Kasia has authored 3 books on the topic of negotiations. She has also worked as a senior advisor to the United Nations and is the founder of Negotiation Booster, a platform that teaches innovative approaches to business negotiations. With a Ph.D. in international law, Kasia has extensive experience working in multicultural environments.
In today's episode, Kasia discusses the importance of self-empowerment in becoming a great negotiator with aram and Nolan. She shares that her mentor taught her that negotiations start with self-management and understanding one’s hot buttons and triggers.

Aram Donigian is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. He is a retired Army officer with multiple deployments to Afghanistan and years of negotiation field experience. He has taught negotiations at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, Tufts University, the U.S. Air Force Academy, and the U.S. Military Academy, where he founded the West Point Negotiation Project. Additionally, he is a Senior Affiliated Trainer with Vantage Partners working with Fortune 500 companies on real-world negotiations.
Nolan Martin is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. He is an Army officer with multiple deployments to both Afghanistan and Iraq in conventional and Special Operations units. As he begins to transition from Active Duty, he plans to become a Financial Planner helping other West Point graduates plan for their retirement.
