New gadget in the house! May I introduce Phlex!
I am a big fan of gadgets especially when it comes to swimming and here is a new one which fits well into my collection.
While it is super important to have knowledge about biomechanics of oneself such as stroke data, i. e. how long my stroke is (DPS), how fast I swam during my interval sets and sessions with how many strokes etc. It is also important to have a understanding how your body responds to different training loads, how it adapts, and what recovery strategies work best for you so it can help you maximize your training benefits and prevent injuries or overtraining. This is for me the key feature of Phlex which will be a great addition to my training and reaching my goal! #swimsmarter
