Wow, has it really been a whole year since I launched Cake Angel on Youtube! Our first video dropped one year ago today and what a crazy, amazing ride it's been. I am so grateful for all of your support over the last 12 months and for sticking with my channel. Thank you for being here and watching my videos. I do hope you are enjoying them and have been inspired to try some of my recipes or decorating techniques.

In this video, I'll show you how I cut a round cake. I don't cut them in triangles, like most people. Can you guess which method I use?

This is a vegan vanilla cake with hidden strawberry jam and a silky smooth vanilla bean buttercream and for today, we are celebrating and mostly eating this cake.
