Meet a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hospitality) student Ashley Moccia who is completing her co-op placement in the heart of the action, at the popular Marriot Hotel. At the front desk, Ashley puts her skills to work, assisting hotel guests with everything from check-ins and check-outs, to customer complaints, to booking restaurant and tour reservations.
