Handbag Clinic is a luxury service in London that restores, authenticates, and resells designer handbags and shoes. Cofounder Charlotte Staerck walks us through how one of Handbag Clinic's artisans restores a white Sharpie-stained Chanel Grand Shopping Tote. This includes wiping the bag with stain remover to remove the top layer of ink, using a bristle brush with cleaning foam to get more ground-in ink out, and repainting the bag.
