Congress MP Rahul Gandhi today attacked PM Modi and said that he is incapable of doing the caste census. He added, 'How many BJP CMs are from the OBC category? The PM does not work for the OBCs but to distract them from the main issues.' Rahul Gandhi also said that the Congress Working Committee has decided unanimously to support caste census in the country.'
