This driver was travelling down the freeway when another car sped past them from the wrong lane. The driver of the other car had been cutting people off on the freeway by driving recklessly for a while. However when they did it this time, a motorcycle officer who was close by, immediately chased them and pulled them over for misusing the emergency lane to move ahead.
