We present a case of rotation of a panoptix Toric lens one day after implantation that resulted in blurred vision and a residual astigmatic refractive error. We performed intraocular lens repositioning with reverse optic capture to correct the patient's vision and prevent the panoptix Toric IOL from rotating out of position in the future. Shannon Wong, MD
