शहद और घी दोनों को आयुर्वेद में बहुत महत्‍वपूर्ण माना गया है। इतना ही नहीं यह मानव स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहुत अच्छे हैं। लेकिन फिर शहद और घी का मिश्रण बनाने से यह जहरीला क्यों बन जाता है। आयुर्वेदिक किताब चरक संहिता के अनुसार, शहद और घी का बराबर मिश्रण स्वास्थ्य के लिए खतरा बन सकता है। वैसे तो शहद एक मीठा और चिपचिपा पदार्थ है, जो मधुमक्खियों से मिलता है।

Both honey and ghee are considered very important in Ayurveda. Not only this, it is very good for human health. But then why does it become poisonous by making a mixture of honey and ghee. According to the Ayurvedic book Charaka Samhita, an equal mixture of honey and ghee can pose a health hazard. By the way, honey is a sweet and sticky substance, which is obtained from bees.
