After heartbreaking goodbyes to Clara and River, The Doctor is alone once more... But who will be next to step aboard the TARDIS and enter a whole universe of adventure? Who will be the next Companion?

Given the lack of Doctor Who this year, I felt it was apt that we look back on those we've lost before The Doctor's new first mate is revealed. Naturally not ALL of our favourite Time Lord's companions could be accounted but rest assured it was not out of "picking favourites" but rather what was possible and worked within the confines of the video. They are never forgotten. Especially Romana. Come on Moff, she's due a return by now surely?
