The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), which is overseeing the destruction's of Syria's arsenal, has won the 2013 Nobel Peace Prize. Al Jazeera talks to Dieter Rothbacher of Hotzone Solutions who was involved in training the chemical weapons inspection team that's been working in Syria.
