Rotation:
Prebuff with Quick Cloak + Solar Barrage (stay further away).
Step closer and Start with: Shooting Star - Power of the Light into Puncturing Sweep Spam.
Replace Puncturing Sweep for Radiant Oppression at 40%. Recast Quick Cloak at ~30% drop it afterwards. Drop Power of the Light + Solar Barrage at ~15%.
