Immediate Dentin Sealing, Cavity Design Optimisation and Cervical Margin Relocation are well-established treatment techniques to prepare severely decayed teeth for minimal-invasive indirect restorations. Nowadays, different flowable composite materials are available with different viscosities and flowabilities and can be used for different applications. After optimisation of the cavity design with direct composites, an overlay restoration was milled from a ceramic-reinforced composite block using CAD/CAM and was luted using a dual-cure resin composite.
