Steps 1. Power on the printer and wait from 10 to 15 seconds.

Step 2. Press and Hold "Power button + Cancel button" or Press and Hold the Power button first then press and hold the Cancel button after seconds, release the Cancel first before releasing the Power button. Depends on model and error.

and its done. Your printer will print out sample. It means your printer is reseted
