The Judiciary has struck a blow to the Legislature by stopping the deployment of the military to support police officers. This comes moments after Members of Parliament hurriedly passed a motion to allow the state to deploy military officers, following a gazette notice issued by Defense Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale.
