ChatGPT is an AI chatbot that responds to queries. ChatGPT has raised concerns about student cheating. I asked ChatGPT 14 different organic chemistry questions. The answers were sometimes very good and other times terrible. Overall, ChatGPT seems to be prone to make many factual errors and does not seem to pose a high risk of helping students who are cheating in courses.
