I visited this historical site in early July 2020 during the pandemic.
It wasn't actually abandoned it's an operable site that was open to the public but I was the only visitor there, this place was void of any tourist. It's actually a nice place to visit and there is no admission fee just a donation. There is also a replica of the historical black and orange Lincoln Highway cabins next door of which I thought was pretty cool.
