2. Assemble the drive shaft and the pump body. Axial piston pump manufacturers kindly remind: After checking the end face of the pump body, especially the flatness and roughness of the end face combined with the oil distribution plate, install the drive shaft components into the pump body hole, and when the shaft is required to rotate The end face runout amount is not more than 0.03, and then install the oil seal cover (round flange) on the end face of the pump body;
3, butt the pump body and pump casing. Place the pump body vertically with the protruding end of the drive shaft down, and place it firmly with a high cushion. When connecting the pump body and pump casing with screws, pay attention to the integrity of the large and small sealing rings, especially the small sealing ring at the pressure control oil passage interface;
4. Install roller bearings. Pay attention to the uniform force of the bearing;
5. Place the oil pan. Pay attention to the oil distribution plate to be placed flat, you can tap it with a thin copper rod (vertically leave a certain distance and fall freely), the sound should be crisp;
6. Place the cylinder. Hoisting screws should be used above 160;
7, put the outer jacket, center spring, inner sleeve and steel ball in sequence;
8. Put the plunger and the shoe assembly on the return plate, and then put it vertically into the cylinder.
