Its a very delicious traditional turkish main course, also known as lamb stew on mashed eggplant
Ingredients:
For meat

For eggplants:
1.5 kilos eggplant
juice of half a lemon
1 dessert spoon of salt
water
1.5 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons flour
1.5 cups of cold milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
