2 Lb ground beef
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup green peppers, chopped
2 tsps onion flakes
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
1 small can crushed tomatoes 
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 box of spaghetti
