Herb Baumeister is probably one of the most prolific serial killers in American history, that many people have never heard of. He was married with children, secretly gay but a dangerous and deranged, Apex Predator that lured his victims back to his mansion (yes, the guy had money) where he strangled them in his indoor-basement pool, then dumped their remains on the 18-estate acre in the woods surrounding his Tudor-style mansion. The current owners, the Graves, once skeptics believe the mansion is haunted by the spirits who died there, and that Herb has been known to make his presence known as well.
