Science Academy is an institution started in mid of 2016 to uplift the science, mathematics & ICT education of children around Gampola. In present it is a bitter truth to say that while the world run toward the science education children around Gampola are really poor in Science, Math & ICT subjects. Actually it is resulted by several factors but one of the prominent factor was the methodology of teaching science and mathematics. Therefore as Science undergraduates & young graduate teachers from Gampola, we started this institute to make the science education to a better position via modern teaching methodology. We provide science, mathematics & ICT education from grade 6 to 13 in all three languages.
Science academy is located at UNAMBUWA ROAD, KAHATAPITIYA , GAMPOLA. We have designed it with three classrooms, a computer lab & mini science lab(under construction). We expect to provide a practical based science education. Also as a policy we provide limited seats accordingly to the resources we have.
