5 years of good memories on a rainy day 🌦️

Best Rainy Day Ever 1204

Today our normal routine is going right out the window, cause Adley and Niko Bear have a great idea. You remember the new club house that we built for the kiddos in Adley's room? the one with the indoor slide? Well we decided that we want to take all the cushions we use for our downstairs forts and construct a landing zone slash jump pad around the slide.

We clean up the area, sliding and having fun while we do it, then set up the nuggets in all the best spots. Jenny and baby Navey hear us laughing and having fun with the new toy so they come join us. We take turns going down the slide Adley and Niko turn into cheetahs and do speed tests and miss Navey goes down the clubhouse slide for the very first time as well.

While we're getting lunch ready, we hear that it's raining super hard outside. We look in the backyard and once the kiddos and I open the door, we can't help but run and play in the rain. We jump on the trampoline and check out the skate park, which is a huge puddle. We splash around, Adley thinks she is swimming and goes slip and sliding into the water. It's really coming down hard!! We can't decide if we want to warm up in the hot tub or the bathtub?!!

After we get cleaned up, we head downstairs to make a tower out of a new magnet block game we got, as well as play restaurant with Adley making purple hamburgers. That reminds us of when we went to Hawaii and we realize that was almost exactly two years ago this week. So we decide as family fun, we are going to cuddle up on the beanbag and watch the last 5 years of vlogs from the last week of May. You guys can flash back and join us in the movie night. Watch as the kiddos grow up and how much fun the last five years have been! So many memories!!
