Experience with me how we trekked the whole mountain from one village but descended to another village.
But that was a good experience for life and was fun trekking this unexplored fort.

The Takmak fort is one of the hidden gems of the Sahyadris. The fort is situated in the Vasai Tehsil, Thane district. Though it is closer to Mumbai, it still remains unexplored.
The base village for the trek is Sakawar. The trek gradually gains altitude and climbs up to 2000 ft from the base.
