This discussion will cover the current state of international law and whether it is equipped to respond to growing displacement as a result of climate change. We will explore the relevance of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change processes for the development of international law on displacement in the context of climate change. We will also discuss how climate change has affected the development of refugee law, migration law, and human rights law.
