10. The hike from Vernal Falls to Nevada Falls in Yosemite National Park earned its rating as the best hike in Yosemite because it is difficult, beautiful and able to be accomplished in one day. The Mist Trail is the most popular, but you can loop back on the John Mirror Trail. I hiked to Nevada Falls way back in 2017.

9. Lake 22 Trail in Mount Baker Snoqualmie National Forest is 6.8 miles and takes you to the most beautiful reflective alpine lake. My favorite parts were the moss and fur trees at the start and the rocky finish the the final view point. Washington is full of the best hikes, this is a great one to start with! [ Ссылка ]

8. Delicate Arch Trail in Arches National Park needs to be at the top of your list for hikes in Utah! The 3.2 mile loop is rated as moderate and is nearly 100% on the red sandstone the park is known for. It's a beautiful hike and the views of Delicate Arch are a worthy reward!

7. Mt. Lafayette and Franconia Ridge in the White Mountains is one of the few east coast hikes to make the list! While the mountains may not be as high, this adventure is still worth the trip to the White Mountains in New Hampshire. It's also a section of the Appalachian Trail! I hiked this trail in 2019.

6. The hike from Alum Cave to Mt. Leconte in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is our 2nd from the East Coast and one of our longest trails on the list at 11 miles. Although I think it was a bit longer! Alum cave is a popular destination, but only the beginning of the trek to the top of Mt. Leconte. Certainly a great east coast climb if you're looking for one! 5. Cathedral Rock Trail in Coconino National Forest is one of two trails on the list from Sedona. It offers a fairly short trail that is steep and rocky. There is 1 section that is pretty tough, but the views at the top are worth the effort. [ Ссылка ]

4. Navajo Loop in Bryce Canyon National Park might get the award for steepest trail in Bryce Canyon. The Amphitheater of hoodoos is the highlight of the park and the Navajo Loop takes you right into the action. I took the Queens Garden Loop to get there. [ Ссылка ]

3. The Emerald Lake Hike in Rocky Mountain National Park was one of the first 10 videos I posted on YouTube! Courtney and I were able to complete this most popular hike in Rocky Mountain National Park before they implemented a reservation system.

2. Devils Bridge Trail in Coconino National Forest is rated the best hike in Sedona Arizona. This was the last hike I completed on the list of the 10 Best Hikes and I was able to hike it with my Mom! [ Ссылка ]

1. Angels Landing in Zion National Park earns its place as the best hike in the United States. It is tough, bu the chains installed help hikers reach the top every day. Like the cables in Half Dome at Yosemite, the chains at Angels Landing are legendary. The consequences are high with the cliffs and hight, but its achievable and the views are worth the effort!
