This is the second largest inhabited castle in England, only Windsor is larger. Originally built in the11th century, it has been added to extensively over the centuries. Chanced upon it accidentally whilst travelling and very impressed by both the size and condition. Hope it's enjoyed, thanx for looking, JimC.
