The Rural Urban private hospitals association of Kenya is accusing the ministry of health for overlooking loopholes which have led to the decline in payments to health facilities under NHIF. While advocating for the new transition the Social Health Authority, they say this gaps have now led to lack of drugs in health facilities as there has not been clear transition guidelines thus affecting healthcare across.
