Ultraman Agul and Ultraman Hikari are similar in more than just one way. Yes they're both blue and use swords. But they've also both fought evil clones of themselves and they both started out fighting against the main Ultra of the series until they were convinced to change their ways. Reverse and Rebirth as a stronger hero.

The song is called Reverse/Re;birth by Hiroaki Iwanaga and Asaya Kimijima from Kamen Rider OOO
But I think the song goes well with the two coolest blue ultras.
