How To Make Haitian Macaroni Au Gratin | Haitian Baked Macaroni and Cheese | Episode 2
** This recipe is really rich!! You can use 2 boxes of Pasta for this recipe if you don't want you macaroni to be too rich **
Ingredients:
2.5 Cups of Aged Gouda Cheese
1.5 Cups of Edam Cheese
2 Cups of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
2 Laughing Cow Cheese (Original Flavor)
2 TBSP Butter
1/3 Cup of Mayonnaise
4 Crushed Garlics
1 Cup of Chopped Mixed Vegetables (Onions & Bell Peppers)
1 TBSP Salt
1 TSP Season Salt
1 TSP Black Pepper
2 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
1 Maggie Bullion Cube (Chicken Flavor)
2-2.5 Cans of Carnation Cream
1 16oz Box of Pasta
Set oven to 350 degrees
Bake for about an hour:
* with aluminum foil for 30 minutes
* remove aluminum after 30 minutes
* let macaroni bake for another 30 minutes
* after an hour let macaroni sit for about 20-30 minutes before serving!
