1. Find a quiet location in your home, with space to move around when needed
2. Wear comfortable clothing. If you are having your lower body assessed, be prepared by wearing shorts, or taking shoes and socks off for a foot and ankle issue.
3. Have any exercise equipment available, such as bands or handweights, close by ready to use
4. Be prepared to set up your phone or laptop to get a good view of you doing movements or exercise
5. For an intial consult, fill in the form we send you with lots of detail about your condition. This information is so helpful for us to fully understand your problem and help you.
6. Make sure your phone or laptop is fully charged!!
