Christopher walks you through perhaps the most famous coffee brewer of all time, the Chemex. Invented by Dr. Peter Schlumbohm in 1941, the Chemex has stayed pretty much the same since. That's because there's nothing wrong with it. It made fantastic coffee then and it makes fantastic coffee now, only now we're using good coffee. The Chemex is simultaneously vintage and futuristic, a work of art in glass, wood, and leather. Let's make some coffee with it.
