Fante fante or Ntintii known as the fishermans stew/ sauce is one of the meals my late grandma made uncountable times especially in her busy days and it will forever remain one of the most cherished moments .

1.5kg pomfret/ pompano fish
A handful of medium size tiger shrimp
5 medium size of fresh tomatoes
4-5 pieces of scotch bonnet peppers
2 medium size onions
A thumb of ginger
4 cloves of garlic
4 tbs of palm oil
1 tbs salt
1 tbs all purpose seasoning
1 tbs fish seasoning
1 tsp of dried rosemary
