A lot of the time I onboard new clients, they tell me they don't deadlift because it hurts their back a little. That's because it should.

Trying my best to show that HARD training is the number 1 factor for progressions in the gym too. Don't neglect accuracy within your back training, but don't train it like a toddler either.
