안녕하세요, 로미꽃빵입니다 .
오늘은 여름철 마트에서 자주 볼 수 있는 체리와
다크초콜릿의 조화가 좋은 체리포레누아 케이크 레시피 영상을 가져왔어요.
초코제누와즈(코코아 제누와즈)와 화이트가나슈몽떼크림, 다크초콜릿장식과
상큼하면서 묵직한 단맛의 생체리가 어우러진 고급스럽고 달콤한 케이크예요.
어릴 때 동네 제과점에서 가장 좋아하는 케이크가 이 블랙포레스트케이크였는데,
이제는 제가 직접 만들수있게 되어서 행복한 시간이었어요 :D
사실 키르쉬 라는 체리 술을 소량 넣어야 하는데,
가격대가 좀 있고, 대부분은 갖고계시지않을 것 같아서 넣지않고 만들어봤는데,
키르쉬를 넣지않아도 충분히 맛있으니
쉽게 구할 수 있는 재료로 체리 들어가기전에 꼭 한번 만들어보세요 !

오늘은 돔형 아이싱을 해봤어요.
가장 흔하게 하는 원기둥형 각아이싱도 어렵지만, 돔형아이싱은 좀 더 난이도가 있어요.
돔카드를 사용해서 돔아이싱을 할수도있지만,
한 두 번 만들자고 돔카드를 사기에는 홈베이커들에겐 약간 거추장스러울 수도있을것같아서,
아주 저렴하게 구할 수 있는 재료로 돔아이싱을 하는법을 알려드립니다.
돔카드보다 처음에는 더 어려울 수 있는데,
이 도구로 돔아이싱을 하시면 원하시는 모양으로 응용이 가능한 장점이 있어요.
거의 구형에 가깝게 아이싱할 수도있고, 오늘처럼 아주 약간만 돔형으로 만들수도있어서,
여러모로 장점이 많은 아이싱 방법이라고 생각합니다 :)

영상 길이가 너무 길어져서, 아이싱장면의 자막에 충분한 시간을 넣지못했으니
조금 더 천천히 보고 싶으신 분들은 배속을 느리게 해서
천천히 아이싱을 따라해보시는걸 추천드려요!

Hello, this is Romitube.
Today, I brought a recipe video for cherry and dark chocolate, which are often found in summer markets.
Choco Genoise (Cocoa Genoise), White-Ganache-Monte Cream, Dark Chocolate Decorations,
It's a luxurious and sweet cake with fresh and sweet flavor cherries.
When I was young, my favorite cake at a local bakery was this black forest cake, but now I can make it myself, so I was happy :D
In fact, I need to put in a small amount of Cherry liquor called Kirsh, but I didn't put it in because I thought most of you wouldn't have it, so I didn't put it in, so make it with ingredients that you can easily get.

I tried dome-shaped icing today.
The most common type of cylindrical icing is difficult, but domed icing is more difficult.
You can use dome cards to do dome ice, but for once or twice of making dome-shaped cake, it might be a bit cumbersome for homebakers to buy dome cards, so I'm going to show you how to dome ice with materials that you can get very cheaply.
It can be more difficult at first than a dome card, but if you use this tool, you can apply it in the shape you want.
I think it's an icing method that has many advantages. :)

If you want to watch it more slowly, I recommend you slow down the video and follow the icing slowly.

It's a video that shows how to cut and store a piece of cake like they sell at a cake shop.
I put in a lot of nice tips when making a cake, so I think it'll help you make a cake if you watch it until the end.
