Watch my video about potential NEW microlights coming to UK airspace. CAP2163 passed in August increasing the max weight for microlights to 600kg and allowing a minimum stall speed of 45 knots. I've sacked the film crew for not telling me about the hair sticking out the side of my head...
CAP2163 has the potential to significantly widen the number of planes that fit into the microlight category the BMAA are currently considering several from the JMB VL-3 in the video to planes like the Flight Design CTLS.
Thanks to the Jolmer from ForFunFlyer and Pete from Division FLYYY the individuals who allowed me use of their footage. Please check out their content here:

Please consider Liking & Subscribing - I am trying to get a little bit better with each video. I'm open to feedback, this time I noticed need to stay a little further from my microphone next time. I also used every unit under the sun!
Thanks, Stratotramp.
Disclaimer: Please note the clip of the Tarragon doing speed in excess of "Velocity never exceed" (Vne) was conducted by an experienced test pilot.
