This measurement determines the desired circumference of the leg opening at the very bottom of the jeans (also called cuff).

Skinny Jeans: Leg opening ranging from 12” to 15” (30 cm to 38 cm)
Straight Jeans: Leg opening ranging from 15” to 17” (39 cm to 45 cm)
Bootcut Jeans: Leg opening ranging from 17” to 20” (45 cm to 53 cm)
