Acne is a really common skin condition and it's typically attributed to hormone changes in the body. Acne can affect people of all ages.
When we hear about acne it is often referencing acne on the face but 50% of those who get acne will also experience it on the back and 15% of people in the chest area as well.

From mild acne and making sure you're washing your face twice a day and resisting the temptation to squeeze any spots. For more than mild acne there's lots of different topical creams available.
