This Egg and Cheese Zucchini Casserole is very easy to make for a delicious cheesy vegetable dish. For breakfast, dinner, but also lunch! You will be delighted!
This baked zucchini recipe is easy, delicious, and a great way to use up 3 zucchini and a few eggs!
Ingredients:
4 zucchini
7 eggs
1teaspoon of salt
pepper
100g of flour
5g of baking powder
100g of bacon
100g of cheese
100g of cream cheese
3 tablespoon of olive oil
Optional: fresh parsley
Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 45-50 minutes.
