Poonam Pandey's husband Sam Bombay has been arrested by Mumbai Police after the actress complained that he had assaulted her. According to the police, the actress has suffered serious injuries to her eyes, head and face. Poonam has been admitted to a hospital after she lodged a complaint against Sam. However, this is not the first time Sam has been arrested. Last year, a few days after their marriage, Poonam had filed a similar complaint alleging that Sam had assaulted her during their honeymoon in Goa. However, later she had taken her complaint back.
